• To use certain services, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account (whether authorized or not).
• You must keep your account details updated. If you cannot update certain data in the account settings, you must contact support.
• One person, one account (unless Kyzoon approves otherwise in writing). Multiple or fake accounts are prohibited.
• Kyzoon may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts to protect users, the platform, or for compliance reasons, including suspected fraud, misuse, or legal risk.

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy & Confidentiality Policy. If you do not agree with our data practices, do not use the Site.

• Kyzoon is a platform that enables users to purchase products from sellers and vendors.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Kyzoon acts as a facilitator and does not become a party to the sale contract between buyer and seller.
• Payment processing may involve independent payment service providers. Your payment relationship may be between you and the payment service provider, as applicable.

We aim to keep the Site available and error-free, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control may cause temporary disruption without notice.

• You confirm you can form a legally binding contract and are at least 18 years old, or you use the Site under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian.
• You may use the Site for personal shopping and permitted use. Commercial scraping, copying, reselling Site content, data mining, or unauthorized automation is prohibited.
• Unauthorized use of Kyzoon trademarks, logos, domain variations, or impersonation terminates permission immediately.

You must not use the Site:

• For unlawful activity, fraud, or misrepresentation
• To upload viruses or malicious code
• To harass, threaten, defame, or publish illegal/objectionable content
• To interfere with Site security or another user's access
• To manipulate orders, vouchers, referrals, commissions, or platform metrics

• If you post reviews, ratings, comments, photos, or other content ("Submissions"), you confirm you have the right to post it and it does not violate law or third-party rights.
• Kyzoon may moderate or remove Submissions that violate policy or law.
• You grant Kyzoon the right to display and use your Submissions for operating and improving the Site (including showing your username/profile name with reviews).

If you believe content on Kyzoon is illegal or objectionable, notify us via support@kyzoon.com with full details. Kyzoon operates a "notice-review-action" process and will take reasonable steps where a valid claim exists.

If you believe your intellectual property is infringed, contact support@kyzoon.com with evidence and required details. Submitting false claims may result in legal consequences.

All Site content, layout, software, design, and Kyzoon branding are protected. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without written permission.

• You use the Site and transact at your own judgment.
• Kyzoon does not guarantee product quality, accuracy of listings, or seller performance where products are sold by third parties.
• Product descriptions, pricing, stock, and offers are primarily the responsibility of sellers (or as displayed on the Site).
• Kyzoon is not liable for third-party service provider issues (payment, logistics, warranty provider) beyond what the law requires.

You agree to indemnify Kyzoon and its officers/employees against claims, losses, penalties, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, fraud, or infringement of third-party rights.

Sellers, brands, and service providers may operate on Kyzoon. Kyzoon does not endorse all third-party content/services. You should review third-party policies where applicable.

By using Kyzoon, you consent to receive communications via SMS, email, calls, app notifications, and Site notices for transactional and service purposes. You may opt out of marketing communications where available.

Kyzoon is not responsible for indirect losses (profit, revenue, goodwill, data) unless required under applicable law.

We may change the Site, Services, policies, and promises at any time. If any clause is unenforceable, remaining clauses remain valid.

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., political unrest, strikes, natural disasters, network failures).

If Kyzoon does not enforce a right immediately, it does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Kyzoon may suspend or terminate your account access without prior notice for policy breach, fraud risk, legal compliance, or platform safety. Your remedy if dissatisfied is to stop using the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts/tribunals located in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

You may use Kyzoon software solely to access and use the Services. Reverse engineering, tampering, or creating derivative works is prohibited. Updates may be provided automatically.

• Your order is an offer to buy. Order confirmations before dispatch are acknowledgements, not final acceptance.
• Acceptance typically occurs when the order is dispatched/handed to the delivery partner or otherwise confirmed by the seller/Kyzoon system.
• Sellers may cancel orders before dispatch for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing error, compliance issue, or suspected fraud.

• Prices are shown in BDT and may include VAT where applicable.
• Cart prices may change until checkout is completed.
• If a product is mispriced or wrongly described due to error, Kyzoon/seller may cancel the order and refund as per policy.

Per Digital Commerce Guidelines 2021, products in the same city must be delivered within 5 days, and inter-district deliveries within 10 days.

• Delivery estimates are indicative. Delays may occur due to logistics capacity, holidays, weather, or force majeure. Kyzoon will try to keep customers informed.

• Returns and refunds are governed by Kyzoon Return & Refund Policy.
• Refund Timeline: For cancelled prepaid orders, Kyzoon will initiate the refund within 72 hours as per Bangladesh Bank & Ministry of Commerce regulations.
• Unboxing Requirement: Customers must record a continuous unboxing video to validate claims of damaged or missing items.

Warranty (if applicable) follows Kyzoon Warranty Policy and/or the brand/seller warranty terms shown on the product page.

To prevent misuse, Kyzoon may limit quantities that exceed typical household consumption and may cancel suspicious bulk orders at its discretion.

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes/charges as required by law and shown at checkout.

• New user discounts and referral bonuses apply only under stated conditions and may be limited to one per person/device/payment instrument.
• Creating multiple accounts or using identity/device manipulation to obtain repeated benefits is prohibited.
• Kyzoon may withhold, reverse, or cancel bonuses/discounts linked to suspected abuse.

Where applicable law restricts wallet storage or cashback handling, Kyzoon will structure benefits as permitted (e.g., direct discounts, refunds, or other compliant mechanisms). Kyzoon may adjust benefit mechanics to remain legally compliant.

• Kyzoon Associates is a sales-based promotional program.
• Earnings are paid only from verified product sales, not for recruiting alone.
• Kyzoon may cancel commissions for returns, refunds, chargebacks, self-purchases, fraud, or policy violation.
• Associates must not collect money on behalf of Kyzoon, promise guaranteed income, or misrepresent the platform.
