Kyzoon Limited ("Kyzoon", "we", "us") is committed to safeguarding your personal data in compliance with the Digital Commerce Management Guidelines 2021 and the ICT Act of Bangladesh. We collect data only for legitimate business purposes and retain it only as long as required by law or for operational necessity.

To facilitate training and coordination within the Kyzoon Associates Program, limited data (Name, Associate ID, and Registered Phone Number) may be visible to your direct Team Lead/Supervisor via the internal dashboard.

We do not sell your data. However, we must share limited information with:

• Logistics Partners: Your name, address, and phone number are shared with courier services to fulfill delivery.
• Payment Gateways: Encrypted transaction data is shared with authorized providers (e.g., SSLCommerz, bKash) for secure processing.
• Legal Authorities: We will disclose data if required by the Bangladesh Police, NBR, or Ministry of Commerce.

• Encryption: Sensitive data (passwords, payment tokens) is stored using industry-standard encryption.
• No Absolute Security: While we use firewalls and SSL, no system is 100% secure. By using Kyzoon, you acknowledge this inherent risk of online platforms.

Under Bangladesh law, you have the right to:

• Access and correct your personal data
• Opt-out of promotional SMS/Emails
• Request account deactivation (Note: Transactional records must be kept for 7 years for tax/audit purposes)

Kyzoon is intended for users aged 18 and above. Users under 18 must use the platform under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

All non-public information regarding Kyzoon's internal structures, commission rates, and seller agreements is strictly confidential. Unauthorized disclosure may result in legal action under the laws of Bangladesh.
