Kyzoon.com provides EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) facilities on selected products through authorized partner banks and payment gateways.
Kyzoon acts strictly as a facilitator. The credit is provided by your Issuing Bank, not by Kyzoon Limited.
All EMI conversions are subject to the sole discretion and approval of the respective bank.
EMI is generally available for single-item purchases with a minimum value of 5,000 BDT (subject to change based on bank/campaign rules).
When you place an EMI order, the full amount of the purchase is initially blocked from your credit card limit.
It typically takes 7-10 working days for the bank to convert this transaction into monthly installments.
While Kyzoon may offer 0% EMI on selected products, your bank may still charge a nominal EMI Processing Fee. Please check with your bank regarding their specific charges.
In the event of a refund or cancellation, any EMI Processing Fees or Interest already charged by the bank are generally non-refundable by Kyzoon.
If you wish to close your EMI early (Foreclosure), you must contact your bank directly. The bank may charge a foreclosure fee.
If an EMI order is returned/cancelled, Kyzoon will refund the amount to the bank. The bank is then responsible for adjusting your credit limit and reversing the installments.
EMI is currently available only for Credit Card holders of participating banks. It is not available for Debit Cards or Prepaid Cards unless specifically stated for a mobile wallet (e.g., bKash Pay Later).
Many corporate credit cards are not eligible for EMI conversion. Please verify with your HR or bank.
